- All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service
- No refunds are provided for partial months after the 14-day period

By connecting your social media accounts to our Service, you:
- Grant us permission to access public comments on posts you specify
- Authorize us to read limited public profile information
- Understand that we never collect or store your social media passwords

You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding contests and giveaways in your jurisdiction
- Clearly disclose giveaway rules and eligibility requirements to participants
- Fulfill all prizes as promised to winners
- Not use our Service for any fraudulent or deceptive giveaways
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates platform policies or any applicable law
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits set by your subscription plan
- Share account credentials or resell access to our Service
- Use our Service to conduct fake or fraudulent giveaways
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or any platform's policies
- Exceed your plan's usage limits repeatedly
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of social media account access due to platform policy changes
- Changes in platform API availability
- Disputes with giveaway participants or winners
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through our Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
